Run a men's journey that actually gets finished.
Rise Up, Man of God gives you a clear 12-week framework: Scripture, action, and accountability—without exposing private struggles. Built for churches, small groups, and mentors.
Why this is in Beta
We're improving the leader resources and group tools based on real churches using it right now. The journey is stable. The leader toolkit is growing—fast.
The Leader Kit (simple + practical)
What you get as a leader.
- A weekly session plan (discussion prompts + focus Scripture)
- A “challenge menu” so men can choose a step
- A group rhythm that fits 45–60 minutes
- A follow-up system that doesn't shame men
- Privacy safeguards (no journal access)
Lead without policing.
- Men read privately during the week.
- You gather weekly to discuss Scripture + the challenge.
- Each man chooses one step and reports back voluntarily.
- You build consistency through encouragement, not pressure.

This journey is designed as a simple, powerful tool for anyone called to make disciples:

The content is structured for men from ages 14 to 90, with simple steps and a clear weekly rhythm that builds consistency.
Choose your format
Models you can run.
Church small group (8–20 men)
- Meet weekly to discuss the chapter.
- Focus on application: "What did you do?"
- The leader acts as the in-app mentor for the group.
Mentor + 2 men
- High accountability. A mentor walks through with two men.
- Check in weekly via text or a short call.
- Ideal for life-on-life discipleship (2 Timothy 2:2).
"Brotherhood pair" format
- Two men check in weekly with each other.
- Light-touch leader facilitation.
- Encourage men to form pairs or buddy systems.
What You Need
Keep it simple. Focus on obedience.
- Group Size: 6–12 men is ideal for a small group to ensure everyone can share.
- Weekly Meeting: 60–75 minutes. Don't go over. Respect their time.
- In-App Mentor: As the leader, have each man select you as their mentor within the app to review shared reflections.
Privacy and safety, by design
This tool is designed to support the local church, not replace pastoral care.
- Journals stay private. A man must explicitly choose to share an entry with his selected mentor.
- Leaders/mentors can't access personal entries. Men share only what they choose.
- Working with Teens: Always obtain parental consent. Follow your church's child safety policies. We strongly recommend against 1:1 private digital communication with minors.
- Know your limits. This is a discipleship tool, not a clinical one. Refer abuse, addiction, or severe mental health issues to pastoral leadership or a qualified professional.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this biblically faithful?
The content is rooted in Scripture and focuses on core tenets of Christian manhood: identity in Christ, spiritual disciplines, leadership, and making disciples. It is non-denominational and focuses on the principles of obedience found in God's Word.
Do men need a mentor to use the app?
No. Mentorship is completely optional. The journey can be completed individually. However, we believe accountability through mentorship is a powerful accelerator for growth, as instructed in Scripture.
What can a mentor see?
Nothing by default. A man must choose to share a specific journal entry for his mentor to see it. The mentor can see the mentee's overall chapter progress but not their private reflections unless explicitly shared.
Can we run this offline?
Yes. The core reading content is available offline once loaded. Journal entries made offline will sync automatically when the user reconnects. This makes it perfect for areas with poor connectivity.
What devices does it work on?
The app is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it works on any modern browser on a phone, tablet, or desktop. Users can "install" it to their home screen for an app-like experience.
How does the cost work?
The Preface is free for any man to start. To continue, there is a once-off payment for lifetime access to the book. We do not use a subscription model for this core content. This purchase also helps us provide sponsored access for men who cannot afford it.
Do I need tech skills?
No. If you can share a link, you can run it.
Can we do it offline?
The content loads in the browser; ongoing use works well even on weak signal.
How long is it?
12 weeks, with one weekly rhythm.
