Welcome to Rise Up, Man of God. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, application, and services.

By accessing or using this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Rise Up, Man of God if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated below.

1. License to Use

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on Rise Up, Man of God. All rights are reserved. You may access content for your personal use only, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.

You must not:

• Republish material from Rise Up, Man of God
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Rise Up, Man of God
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material
• Redistribute content from Rise Up, Man of God

2. User Content

“User content” refers to material you submit to the app, including text, images, audio, or video.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform, including sharing with a mentor if applicable.

User content must not:

• Be unlawful or infringe on any third-party rights
• Contain harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Violate any applicable laws

3. Spiritual and Informational Disclaimer

All content provided is for spiritual encouragement and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to mental health, finances, or physical well-being.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. Lifetime Access Products

Purchases of individual books (e.g. Rise Up, Man of God) are one-time and non-refundable. Once purchased, you retain access for life. No cancellations or refunds are permitted.

4.2. Subscription Products

We offer monthly and annual All-Access Pass subscriptions. These include access to all current and future books and exclusive content.

• Monthly Subscription: Has a 4-month minimum commitment. Early cancellations will still be billed for 4 months. After that, you may cancel anytime.
• Annual Subscription: Billed once per year. You may cancel any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
• Your access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

4.3. Gift Purchases:

All gift purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. By using this platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts for any disputes.
